Queen of Swords Electro

Queen of Swords Electro is a premier electrolysis practice offering compassionate and inclusive care for anyone seeking permanent hair removal services. Chrissy was already busy and had decent web traffic, but felt her conversion rates should be much higher. Together we created a beautiful and whimsical brand identity and improved her website structure—adding on sales-driven copy that connects with her target audience and clearly communicates the problems she solves for them.

Since we launched her website, her bounce rate has stayed around 50%. That means on average that half of all website visitors are sticking around to see what she has to offer. Because of our SEO implementation, she also regularly ranks at the top of Google for electrolysis in her area.

Since working together she has now hired an employee to help accommodate her long waitlist and is looking to open a retail location.
