You're not a corporate business. You're one business owner, trying to make it all work. Meetings are probably the last thing you want to add to your busy schedule. We keep meetings to a minimum and only when they're necessary! (NO meetings that could have been an email I promise!)
First things first, fill out our short contact form to apply for your project spot. We only accept a limited number of applicants a month to ensure we can give the utmost care and attention to each project.
After you apply we will reach out to schedule a call if we feel the project is aligned, or we will let you know if we aren't able to take on your project. Either way, you'll get a response within 24 hours. 🫶🏻
Pay the first invoice to secure your project start date.
We will give you access to your prework before the project start date.
Its important to complete this before the project start so that we can jump off the project with a strategy call.
We start everything with strategy. This will determine every design decision that we make!
During our strategy call we will have an in-depth conversation about your business and goals. I'll use this information and your prework to create your brand's strategy.
You'll get to approve this before the design process starts.
Be around for revisions and approvals, but most of this part is easy sailing (for you).
We will communicate through Slack, which is faster than email but less invasive than texting. A happy medium for a smoothly run project!
Once your designs have been approved, you'll get ready for launch with our launch plan.
We make the graphics you'll need, make copy and content suggestions, and offboard you so you feel confident in updating your website and ready to tackle social media.
